The words of Mashiach which he spoke unto his talmidim, the twelve whom he had chosen, as he laid his hands upon them. And he called them by name, saying, You shall call on the Father in my name in mighty prayer, and after that you have done this, you shall have power that on him whom you shall lay your hands, you shall give the Ruach HaKodesh.4 And in my name shall you give it, for thus do my emissaries. Now Mashiach spoke these words unto them at the time of his first appearing, and the multitude heard it not, but the talmidim heard it. And on as many as they laid their hands fell the Ruach HaKodesh.
